Return Steps
- Contact [email protected] along with your order number, returned item model and in case of cash on delivery, your bank account.
- Our staff will contact you to collect returned items.
Refund Conditions
- When an order is returned or cancelled by the system
- Refund is made according to the payment method. For cash on delivery, please inform your bank account number in the return request email.
- Refund begins after items are returned to the warehouse and product quality is approved.
Estimated time of refund as follows,
Credit/ debit card: 30-45 business days after returned items are received and approved.*
Cash on delivery: 15-30 business days after returned items are received and approved.**
* Remark: the actual time of refund depends on each bank payment bills
